Thursday afternoon 9 February 2006
Leo went to the Sea Port of Rotterdam.
In
the 7th Petroleum harbour
Vopak Europoort started building a
new sea jetty
together with the Port of Rotterdam.
When
it is finished it will be 650 meters long
and the biggest of the Port of Rotterdam.
The
new jetty can handle
2 sea vessels of 150.000 tons
and 2 barges of 20.000 tons at once.
The
new jetty will come between
the jetties you see on the above picture.
